Proverbs 3:9-10

How Much is My Tithe?

A tithe or "tenth" is the first 10% of a person's income that is to be returned to God through the local church.

A tithe is calculated prior to taxes or any bills, so that we are returning our first fruits.

Why Do We Give?

Worship is one of our core values at Open Door Baptist.

One way that we worship God and bless others is through a life of generosity.

Bringing our tithes is an opportunity for us to give God our thanks, show God we trust Him,

and it allows us to be an active part in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!
